This is an excellent fossil fish from the Cretacous of Morocco. This large fish is complete and wonderfully articulated. The detail of this disc-shaped fish is just exquisite! The bone structure is clearly defined, and the fins and tail are wonderfully displayed. The natural brown color of the fish contrasts beautifully with the light-colored matrix. The fossil is nicely centered on the large plate of limestone. This is a great specimen of this unusual fish from Africa.
