This is a fabulous fossil fish from the Cretacous of Morocco. This unidentified (undescribed?) fish is complete and wonderfully articulated. The detail of this strange fish is just exquisite! The bone structure is clearly defined, and the fins, tail, and crusher teeth are all wonderfully displayed. The natural color of the fish contrasts well with the light-colored matrix. The fossil is naturally showcased on the very large plate of limestone. This is a top quality specimen of this extremely unusual fish from Africa.
