This is an excellent fossil fish from the Cretacous of Brazil. This Distible fish is complete and wonderfully articulated. The detail of this torpedo-shaped fish is just exquisite! The bone structure is clearly defined, and the fins are wonderfully displayed. The natural, dark brown color of the fish contrasts beautifully with the light-colored matrix. The fossil is nicely positioned on the large plate of limestone. This is a fabulous specimen of this unusual Cretaceous fish from South America.
