Here is an extremely unusual block of fossils from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This large plate contains many fish remains that are totally natural to the plate - they are not composited. On the left side of the plate is a portion of a fish jaw with six beautiful teeth firmly embedded. This jaw may be from Enchodus sp. There are many large fish bones randomly scattered across the slab. The bones have good off-white color and contrast nicely with the darker sandstone. This is a very interesting block of fish remains from the Cretaceous.
