Here is a multiple fish plate from the Eocene of Wyoming. On the left is Knightia humilis. This fish has fine color and detail. On the right is Diplomystus dentatus. This fish has great color and exceptional detail. Both fish show wonderful contrast with the matrix. It is unusual to have two fish of this superb quality on the same plate. This is a nice fossil fish specimen from the Green River Formation.
