This is an excellent fossil fish. It is a Phareodus testis from Wyoming. This specimen is a large example of this unusual type. It has great color and detail. The teeth are easily seen sticking out of the mouth. It displays well on the natural matrix plate (no sawed edges!) And the scale pattern is even preserved! This is a very collectible fossil fish (display stand is included for free.)
